Deixar o arroz refogar um pouco com a cebola, temperar com sal e então adicionar um copo de cerveja. O tradicional é vinho branco, mas qualquer bebida pode ser utilizada, inclusive destilados. Para esta receita estou usando uma IPA defumada que vai harmonizar com o prato também.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Se falarmos em Oktoberfest a primeira coisa que nos vem a cabeça é a tradicional festa. Mas Oktoberfest também se refere a um estilo de cerveja, obviamente, relacionado a festa bávara.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Antigamente, sem a tecnologia disponível, era inviável produzir cerveja de boa qualidade no verão. Os alemães aproveitavam o mês de março (final do inverno) para produzir uma grande quantidade de cerveja, que iria maturar em barris armazenados em adegas durante o verão inteiro, para serem consumidas em outubro. Neste momento a cerveja estava no seu auge, cristalina e com o sabor arredondado.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Estas cervejas eram chamadas de Marzen (de março) e quando produzidas em cidades vizinhas de Munique, especialmente para a Oktoberfest, eram chamdas de Oktoberfestbier.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Hoje a Oktoberfestbier é uma designação de origem e só pode se referir as cervejas produzidas ao redor de Munique, assim como o champagne na França. Outras cervejarias podem fazer o que chamamos de cerveja estilo Oktoberfest.</span></div>

Não fizemos ela em março, até porque nossas estações do ano são inversas as europeias e além do mais hoje em dia já temos a refrigeração para dar uma forcinha.</span></div>

Utilizamos o lúpulo alemão Hallertau Tradition e o fermento de baixa W34/70. Ela terá cerca de 5% abv, 25 IBUs e estará disponível na nossa Oktoberfest no dia 12 de outubro!</span></div>
